The Case For Israel

The Middle East looked like it was about to explode, and it's about time. Cleaning out this cesspool of psychopathic and despotic dictators is long overdue. I was hoping that that little island of freedom and democracy in a sea of Totalitarian sewage had finally decided that enough was enough. I hoped that if the terrorist groups, Hamas and Hezbollah didn't decided to back down and go away, Israel wouldn't succumb to international pressure and go into this thing half assed. However, they did. Their Prime Minister showed that he too had no balls. Shamefully, our own Secretary of State, Condelezza Rice, asked Israel to use restraint in their response to the kidnapping of their soldiers. Wrong! That kidnapping was the straw that finally broke the camel's back. Israel has been dealing with an Arab world that has done everything in it's power to eliminate it since it was formed, by UN edict by the way, in 1947-1948, as a state for Jewish refugees and Holocaust survivors. Israel needs to ignore such idiocy and use the amount of so called "proportional response" equal to our "proportional response" during World War II toward Germany, Italy and Japan...total punitive annihilation! Hezbollah and Hamas need to be wiped off of the face of the earth so that they can not cause any more terror. In addition, the nation states that support them, like Iran and Syria, need to have their Totalitarian govenments taken down, so they won't dare hide behind the coats of these terrorist organizations, letting them do the proxy dirty work of those supporting countries in their number one goal: the elimination of Israel. The Jewish State has every right to exist and prosper. The Arab world needs to get over it. If they won't, their Islamic governments need to be destroyed. Doing so across the board, would make the entire world safer. They are breeding grounds for Islamic Terrorism, and dangerous threats to the stability and safety of every nation on earth. Granted, not every Muslim is a terrorist. However, I think it is safe to say that just about every single terrorist operating today is a Muslim. The Muslim world has been working to eliminate Israel since day one.

It didn't take long for the first Arab attack against the new country called Israel. Two weeks after the establishment of the Jewish State in 1948, the Arab world launched it's first attack on this new country. This was followed by more wars against Israel in 1967, 1973, 1977, 1981, and now the current situation which is complicated by suicide/homicide bombers and other terrorist activities. Up to now, Israel as shown much restraint. This is their downfall. They gave up land and settlements in the Gaza Strip in order to make a peace offering to the Palestinians. As is now being seen, this blew up in their face. The terrorists used their newly acquired real estate to dig tunnels into Israeli cities in order to commit sabotage. You can never let your guard down or capitulate to savages. You must destroy them. This has been the problem all along. Restraint is seen as weakness, and there is no respect for weakness. The Arab world only respects brute force.

This is the same scenario that the United States, and the Bush Administration are guilty of. It's the appearance of weakness. It's the same thing with the previous administrations: Clinton, Bush Sr., Reagan, Carter, Nixon, Johnson, Kennedy, and Eisenhower. Why does the world supposedly hate us (according to the Left)? Because, we are perceived as weak, and not willing to take care of business when business needs to be done. We do the job half ass. Even though they resent it, they count on us to keep them safe, so that they can wallow in their misguided Utopian Socialist fantasy experiments like they have in Western Europe. These Socialist experiments are possible, because, they didn't have to fund anything other than token militaries. We, the US, provided for their defense against the expansion of Soviet aggression starting at the end of World War II. We are the world's last superpower, and therefore by default have the thankless responsibility of being the world's de facto police force. It's not our choice, but it's ours because of reality. We need not apologize for this either. We are the only ones capable in this crazy mixed up world of doing the job. Then there is this spineless anti-American debating club called the UN. For some reason, just about every time that there is a major UN peace keeping operation, who does the heavy lifting? We do. In addition to ending up doing most of the military operation part, we end up being the world's janitor mopping up the mess after the fact.

We saved the world, along with the selfless help of our allies, from the Nazi and Fascist domination forces of Germany and Italy, as well as the blind imperialism of the Empire of Japan during World War II. We still keep troops stationed throughout Europe and the rest of the world in order to keep the peace, and to be able to respond when situations arise. However, any undertakings that we've done since WW II, have been mediocre at best. Look at Korea, Vietnam, Somalia, Rwanda, Haiti, the Balkans, Gulf War I, Afghanistan, and the current situation in Iraq. We have fallen into this appeasement mindset, that makes us so worried about world opinion that we wear boxing gloves when we do battle rather than entering the ring with a flame thrower. Let's not lecture Israel about using proportional action. It hasn't worked for us, and it won't work for them. If right after we were attacked on 9/11, we had gone into the Middle East with the intention of completely draining the swamp of Islamic terrorism by destroying Hamas, Al Qaeda, Hezbollah, as well as taking down the supporting regimes of Iraq, Iran, Syria, Lebanon, Libya, and the Sudan with military fire power unseen before by any nation on this earth, we, Israel, and the rest of the free world, wouldn't be facing the dangers we are facing right now. We have the most advanced and sophisticated military weapons in the world without even looking at the nuclear or chemical options. Why didn't we make "Shock and Awe" a real "Shock and Awe"? The world would be a much safer place if we had. There would also have been a lot less casualties, both military and civilian. Accomplishing this would have been difficult. We would have had to bring back a military draft in order to have enough personnel to get the job done right. This wouldn't have been popular with an American people that has become so spoiled, self-centered and delusional, that it is incapable of facing the reality of what happens if Islamic Fascism wins. It's my humble opinion that if we had done the job right from the get go, our troops would be home now, and the Middle East would be heading on the way to prosperity...just like Israel.

It is the Arab world that is preventing the Middle East from becoming a prosperous major league world trading partner. All the Arab world has to offer the rest of the world at this time, is oil and terrorism. One the world needs desperately, and the other it does not. Israel on the other hand, is a prosperous little Capitalist country. It was Israeli engineers at Motorola Israel that developed the cell phone. The majority of the Windows NT and Windows XP operating systems were developed by the Israeli division of Microsoft. In addition, Microsoft has its only research and development facility in Israel. Voice mail technology was developed in Israel. It has the highest percentage of ownership of personal computers to population in the world. This amazing little country also has the highest percentage of university degrees to population. 24% of it's workforce have college degrees, and 12% have advanced degrees. In the field of medicine, scientists in Israel have developed the world's first computerized, non-radiation tool for the early detection of breast cancer. They lead the world in the number of technical workers and scientists in the workforce. Israel leads the world in the number of museums, and has world class symphony orchestras. Think about it. Israel has managed to accomplish all this while constantly being targeted for annihilation by the Islamic Arab world, and behind the scenes by International Communism/Marxism. In addition, these accomplishments have occurred in a relatively short time span. Israel has only officially existed since 1948, even though Jews have been in that part of the world for 4000 years. Their lands have been constantly taken from them over the centuries by Arab conquests. I have read articles and reports online from people that have visited the Middle East. These writers have shown the stark difference between the Arab nations and Israel. The differences are also apparent in the different sections of cities like Jerusalem. In the Jewish sections of that city there is prosperity. There are western shops selling all sorts of goods. Things are relatively clean. Things are different in the Moslem sections of the city. There is rotten meat and rotten produce being sold by street vendors. There is very little refrigeration. Sewage runs down the streets. It's like going back 1500 years. Disease is rampant. The Arabs in those sections of the city look at the Jewish sections and wonder why they can't have at least some of the modernity that is available. However, the Islamic Fundamentalist control of the Arab sections won't let it happen. Not only that, they want to eliminate the prosperity of the Jews so that their subjects won't be able to see what they can't have.

It is this Capitalism vs. Totalitarianism that is also the big picture driving force behind the Left's hate for Israel. It's the same hatred for free market Capitalism that forments the Socialist and Communist Left's hate for America...hence the "Big Satan Little Satan" war on the free world. Let's connect some dots here: When you hear the Socialists, Communists, and their useful idiots, the Kumbya Crowd, scream "no blood for oil," they are actually tipping their hand. It is a war for oil. It is a war in which the International Communist movement seeks to bring the United States and the free world to its knees by taking control of the world's energy and financial infrastructure. The idea is to implement the economic collapse of the West, forcing us to accept their so called utopian One World Government under the UN. This is to be managed by the Socialist Intellectual Elites wielding unchecked power over the rest of us. In their Narcissistic minds, they think they are smarter, and therefore, entitled to more than us stupid pissants. They can redistribute our wealth into their pockets under smokescreens like "human rights," "civil rights," and "helping the poor." There is a strong alliance between Communism and the fundamental Islamic organizations in the world. Deals are being worked between China, Russia (Communism didn't die there, it just went underground and is beginning to show its face again), Venezuela, and the Arab countries in the Middle East to start reducing the amount of oil provided to the United States. What would $10 per gallon gasoline do to the United States' economy? They know what it would do, and so do we.

The Russian/Islamic connection is nothing new. Lenin established and funded Islamic terrorist bases in Uzbekistan, Kazistan, and Turkestan back in 1920. Indonesia's Communist movement has been answering to China and Russia for years. Moscow was able to install one of its puppets, Achmed Sukarno as the president of Indonesia in 1946. Sukarno was a Muslim. During the same time period, the Muslim Communist, Gamal Nasser was "helped" into power in Egypt by both the Russian and Chinese governments. While Communism and religion are considered to be juxtaposed to each other, Communism has had no qualms with using religion to advance, behind the scenes, it's quest for world domination. They have done it through threats...If you don't do our dirty work we will destroy you, and through infiltration. It is believed that there is considerable Communist control of the hierarchies of the Roman Catholic, Greek Orthodox, and Byzantine Catholic churches, as well as the main line Protestant denominations that make up the National Council Of Churches. Looking at the antiwar and pro-illegal immigration stance of the Roman Catholic Church and you begin to wonder. Why would they not support a war that freed 50 million people from the ruthless bondage of both Al-Qaeda and Saddam Hussein? Why do they support a movement that brings millions of illegals into this country stretching our health care infrastructure and other social services, to the breaking point?

The behind the scenes big picture of Communism using radical Islam as their proxy military tool to take down the Capitalist Western World, especially its flagship, the United States, and it's "Mini Me" Israel, is being kept a deep dark secret. Why? You are not hearing about this in the Media. You don't hear the government explaining this to the American people. Look at the national security "leaks" from certain agencies in the government, and listen to the ranting and raving from the Marxists teaching on our college campuses, and compare their rhetoric to what you read in Al-Jazaera. Look at the similarities. This is the reason why the Left wants Israel eliminated from the face of the earth. You can't let a Capitalist Democracy exist in the Middle East. Destroying Israel is step one in the International Socialists plan to destroying their enemy—America.

Therefore, we need to continue to send high tech arms to Israel and not apologize for it, and if need be, we need to be willing to jump into the fray and help them knock out the terrorist bastards like Hamas and Hezbollah. Eliminating terrorism and the governments that support it, both religious and secular, Socialist and Communist, is necessary for the survival of the free world.
